Professor Benny Lo, computer science specialist atImperial College Londonwas appointed director of the Artificial Intelligence Institute. Since its opening, this institute has received a donation of 300,000 euros from the Singaporean group GMC, which has also committed to investing an additional million euros to support 20 international students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Focus on the ESG Institute
For its part, the ESG Institute will be led by Professor Dongmei Jiang. This institute will mainly focus on climate change and carbon neutralitycrucial issues for the modern economy and the future of human societies.
